Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate receiving/shipping operations
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new employees on equipment and procedures
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and incidents
- Collaborate with day shift managers for seamless transition
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Valid California driver's license
- Forklift certification mandatory
