Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and safety compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean principles
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintain OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and RF scanning
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Experience with OSHA compliance and accident investigation
- Spanish bilingual preferred
