Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Supervise 8-12 team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance during night shifts
- Optimize workflow processes to meet productivity targets and reduce operational costs
- Resolve operational issues promptly and communicate effectively with day shift management
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate and analyze nightly performance reports for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience with proven night shift management
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license required
