Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise and inventory shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to work independently and reliably during night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but a plus).
