Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift team members to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and shipping operations with precision
- Conduct real-time inventory audits and cycle counts
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and emergency procedures
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse systems and equipment
- Optimize workflow using WMS software and digital tools
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate critical issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing operational demands
