Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory workflows and ensure 99.9% order accuracy
- Implement safety protocols and conduct nightly equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless 24-hour operations
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Generate nightly performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Manage emergency response protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Experience with OSHA safety standards
- Spanish bilingual preferred (not required)
