Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Lead team of 5-8 associates with real-time performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Availability for every weekend shift (Sat-Sun 6AM-6PM)
- Forklift certification preferred
