Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team in high-volume warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day shift supervisors
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and drive productivity KPIs
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift fleet
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator license
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work autonomously during overnight hours
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends during peak seasons
