Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- Proven night shift leadership with strong conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
