Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage 15+ team members with focus on safety compliance and productivity targets
- Optimize inventory management systems and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless day/night transition handoffs
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency
- Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA protocol adherence
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- Proven leadership background with overnight shift supervision
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- OSHA 30-hour training certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Spanish bilingual a plus
