- Lead team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues
- Generate nightly performance reports and data analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- Proven leadership skills in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
