Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 8-12 night shift team members, ensuring safety compliance and productivity standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift supervisors and transportation teams
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues to management
- Implement process improvements using WMS systems and data analytics
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during off-peak hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
