Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Supervise and mentor 8-12 team members to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate documentation
- Address immediate operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during night shifts
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
