Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ member night shift team during peak operations
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocol enforcement
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation
- Investigate and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Submit daily performance reports to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
