- Oversee 20+ person night shift team, ensuring productivity meets/exceeds KPIs
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed documentation
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse systems
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
