Responsibilities
- Oversee 20+ person night shift team in high-volume warehouse operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift management
- Drive productivity through performance metrics and KPI monitoring
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to workflow
- Conduct shift handovers and documentation reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and inventory control methods
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
