Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-10 night shift team members, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity by 15%
- Manage equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification (valid)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
