Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship e-commerce orders using RF scanners and automated systems
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Optimize warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Maintain detailed records in WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in RF scanning technology and basic WMS operations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotations
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Background check and drug screening required
