Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and communication skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings
