Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment during night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations and truck loading
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Urgent response to inventory discrepancies and operational bottlenecks
- Support monthly cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Monday-Friday)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
