Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns to senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
