Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain organized storage zones using WMS systems
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for WMS navigation
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts (5 PM - 5 AM)
- Previous experience with automated conveyor systems preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
