Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and organize inventory
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain precise stock records
- Inspect and package products for shipment according to quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Operate warehouse management systems and digital tracking tools
- Respond quickly to operational changes and urgent requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends if needed
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
