Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks and documentation for outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA standards
- Respond to real-time inventory discrepancies and system alerts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation for night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
