Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise onto and from trailers, trucks, or pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Scan items, verify quantities, and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Workspace Hygiene: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and management to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Driving: Valid driver's license required for transportation to and from the facility.
