Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship high-volume tech products with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization and safety
- Adapt to changing priorities in fast-paced fulfillment environment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to 450 Tech Drive, San Jose
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Sun-Thurs)
- Pass background check and drug screening
