Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping operations using RF scanners
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain safety standards through proper material handling and equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document transactions in WMS systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution center experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
