Responsibilities
- Accurately package, label, and prepare shipments for dispatch during overnight hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to meet OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to prevent shipping errors
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday through Friday
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
