Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and maintain organized workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Document inventory movements and resolve discrepancies
- Support warehouse cleanliness and maintenance initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
- Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
