Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain clean, organized workstations
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes including receiving and staging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
