Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) safely and effectively
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Train new associates on warehouse operations and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
