Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for same-day shipment
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in a 24/7 environment
- Maintain organized inventory levels and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM, including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
