Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and shipping
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Address operational issues promptly and implement process improvements
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new employees on equipment, safety procedures, and company policies
- Collaborate with day shift management for seamless workflow continuity
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
