Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift warehouse staff and daily operations
- Ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
- Address operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct performance reviews and provide staff coaching
- Generate daily operation reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with WMS systems and inventory software
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
