Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend crew during peak shipping hours
- Ensure efficient loading/unloading of 50+ daily shipments
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with overnight team for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues with real-time problem-solving
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment checks
- Generate weekend performance reports for management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 7 days)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight support
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Flexibility to cover additional weekend shifts if needed
