Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage team of 8-12 associates, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Address operational issues and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities and metrics
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics/warehouse environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS)
- Flexible schedule availability and reliable transportation
- Preferred: Forklift certification and experience with high-volume operations
