Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring production targets
- Implement safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve immediate operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests
- Complete shift reports and performance documentation
- Train new night shift personnel on company procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing/warehouse supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Preferable: Six Sigma Yellow Belt or similar certification
