Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 production associates during overnight shift operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Monitor production targets and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality inspections and address non-conformance issues
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Train and mentor new team members on SOPs
- Complete shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
- Proven track record in 24/7 production environments
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Proficient in production tracking systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Must be available for flexible scheduling during peak periods
