Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse operations and staff
- Ensure efficient order processing and shipping workflows
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control and reporting systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Train and mentor new team members
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (WMS preferred)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid NC driver's license (required for facility access)
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Pass background check and drug screening
