Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse activities during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage team of 10-15 staff members and assign daily tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics team
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Train new employees on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Georgia driver's license
