Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to alarms within 5 minutes
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs
- Enforce site-specific safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
- Coordinate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Conduct access control for vehicles and personnel at entry points
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS certification required)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or military/law enforcement background
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for report writing
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and climb stairs
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
