Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist patients with daily activities and mobility needs
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Respond to patient call bells and emergency situations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic EKG and phlebotomy knowledge
- Valid Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain
