Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and administer emergency treatments during night shifts
- Document patient records accurately in electronic health systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Respond to critical incidents with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance and quality checks
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Current Texas Medical Technician certification required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care settings
- BLS/ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proven ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
