Responsibilities
- Perform clinical duties including vitals, injections, and ECG
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Manage patient flow and scheduling efficiently
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
- Handle patient billing and insurance verification
- Ensure HIPAA compliance at all times
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience required
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 1 week)
- Strong EHR/EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
