Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain CNC machinery and production equipment
- Perform quality control inspections using calipers and gauges
- Assemble automotive components following blueprints and specifications
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles
- Train new team members on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing/technical experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Valid driver's license (may be required for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
