Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery in a 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift
- Perform quality control checks using precision measurement tools
- Assemble components with attention to technical specifications
- Maintain clean and organized workstation per OSHA standards
- Document production data accurately in digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
- Reliable transportation for night shift commute
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work weekends during peak production
