Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Windows 10/11 and Active Directory environmentsManage cloud infrastructure including Azure and Office 365
- Document technical procedures and maintain IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Train staff on cybersecurity protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor's in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- Ability to work flexible hours during system outages
