Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for 200+ employees across multiple locations
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise software
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with SLA compliance
- Create and maintain IT documentation and SOPs
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance
- Support cybersecurity initiatives and endpoint protection protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Kansas driver's license for occasional off-site support
