Responsibilities
- Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our software systems.
- Testing: Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability before deployment.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments and implement effective fixes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#. Experience with React or Angular is highly preferred.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Agile: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
