Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and rapid response interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precise documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform advanced assessments and interpret diagnostic data (ECG, ABG, labs)
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and CMS regulations
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (or compact license)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience in acute care setting
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN candidates with ICU experience considered)
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
- Strong teamwork orientation and adaptability
